Welcome to Haul Finder. By accessing or using our app, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Overview
Haul Finder is a user-generated content platform that allows creators to upload, organise, publish, and share hauls, catalogues, images, external links, and product information. We do not create, verify, review, endorse, or moderate user content except where required by law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you use Haul Finder on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your account information is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
4.1 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or share, including catalogues, images, external links, and product details. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or authenticity of any User Content.
4.2 No Endorsement
Haul Finder does not endorse, verify, or approve any User Content. All content is provided by users and displayed as-is.
4.3 Licence
By posting User Content, you grant Haul Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, store, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
4.4 Prohibited Content
Users may NOT upload or share counterfeit goods or replicas, trademark-infringing content, copyrighted content without permission, deceptive or illegal products, harmful materials, spam, malicious links, or malware.
4.5 External Links
User Content may link to third-party websites. Haul Finder is not responsible for products sold externally, disputes with sellers, the legality of linked items, or the content of external websites.
4.6 Content Removal
We may remove User Content upon receiving a valid legal request, if it violates these Terms, or if it poses a risk to the Platform or its users.
5. Platform Rules
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, not harm or disrupt the Platform, not attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer our systems, not impersonate other users, and not upload malicious content.
6. Intellectual Property
Haul Finder owns all platform code, branding, UI/UX, logos, and design elements. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant us the limited licence described above.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, safety, legality, performance, uptime, or user content. Use the Platform at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haul Finder is not liable for user content, externally purchased items, lost profits or data, platform downtime, or misuse of the Platform. Our total liability will not exceed £50 GBP.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
HaulFinder may earn a commission on purchases made through partner agent links (including Mulebuy via our partner ref code 201104788). This relationship does not affect the agents we recommend — we only feature partners we have personally verified. The price you pay is unchanged. Some links carry tracking codes that allow the partner to attribute your order to HaulFinder.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For any questions, please use the Contact section of the app.
